Wood in Staines are seeking a Senior Process Engineer for an offshore HVDC (Windfarm) project for a period of 6 months.

Wood in Staines are seeking a Senior Process Engineer for an innovative offshore HVDC (Windfarm) project for a period of 6 months.
Process Engineers are a key part of our project teams and are typically responsible for the following:
- Provide checking to deliverables / activities,
- Attend and contribute to reviews, safety studies, client meetings etc.
- Following Wood’s QA and the projects requirements,
- Performing contracted duties with respect,
- Providing support as required to other members of the process team,
- Routinely keeping the Process lead / Project Engineer informed of status deliverables/ activities that they have responsibility for,
- Notifying the Process Lead promptly whenever a risk or issue arises and adhering to the projects’ HSE polices.
Also, produce deliverables and/or activities commensurate with a Senior Process Engineer on an offshore greenfield utilities project, including but not limited to:
- Hydraulic Simulations (AFT Hydraulic Sofware – Fathom and Impulse)
- Drawing development:
- P&IDs
- PFDs
- PSFSs
- MSDs
- Document development:
- Philosophies,
- Basis of Design,
- Guidelines,
- Reports,
- Studies.
- Schedule development:
- Cause & Effects,
- Equipment Lists,
- Line Lists,
- Utility & Emissions summaries.
- Calculations, using either in-House templates or develop bespoke solutions where required,
- BSc(Hons) Process Engineering
- Experience in working with Process equipment on offshore projects, utilities.
- Must have the right to work in the UK
