Wood is recruiting for a Weight Control Engineer to support an innovative Carbon Capture & Stroage project; this is a contract position which will run for around 18 months.

- Act as lead weight control engineer.
- Experience of offshore plated structures preferable.
- Produce monthly weight reports.
- Use experience to provide early estimates of weight using manual estimates, norms etc.
- Produce "what if" weight estimates to forecast impact of potential changes.
- UK bachelor’s degree or (depending on experience) HNC/HND qualification in appropriate engineering subject
- Experience of offshore plated structures preferable
- Experience providing early estimates of weight using manual estimates, norms etc
- Significant years offshore experience.
