  • Pipeline route selection
  • Mechanical design, i.e., wall thickness, stress analysis (CAESAR II experience), free span and expansion analysis
  • Development of material take - offs
  • Development of material specifications and data sheets
  • Development of construction and inspection specifications
  • Preparation of Pipeline EPC scopes of work
  • Input to EPC schedules and Cost Estimate

  • Engineering university degree
  • Chartered engineer status preferred
  • Previous experience working on the mechanical and civil design of onshore pipeline projects and the project execution strategies associated with pipeline procurement and construction
  • Proven track record in FEED and detailed design experience
  • Offshore pipeline engineering experience is an advantage 
  • Able to develop pipeline installation, commissioning, operation and maintenance analysis and procedures
  • Experienced in the use of pipeline software (AutoCAD, Microstation, CAESAR II, ESRI GIS) is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required
  • Experience in the development of material requisitions and construction scopes of work
  • Experience working with Middle East clients is an advantage
