PMC Specialist Engineer (Const. Civil) at Wood

Job Descrption
Wood is currently recruiting for a PMC Specialist Engineer (Const. Civil) with extensive experience in the oil and Gas industry for ADNOC Onshore client to be based in Abu Dhabi.
- Monitor work progress for compliance to schedule, budget, technical specifications, and legal requirements
- Conduct progress meetings and prepare reports on project status
- Communicate and implement safety rules, policies, and procedures and subordinate personnel
- Recognize and act promptly on potential changes or additional work to the contract conflicts or ambiguities in the plans and specifications and changes in field conditions
- Negotiate, analyze, resolve settle, deny, and/or make recommendations regarding contractor conflicts and claims considering contract plans specifications and estimates, conditions, costs and time
- Conduct field visits to examine construction site conditions and issues
- Participate actively as a member of the Clients construction team for project delivery
- The position manages construction activities related to the development of multiple, simultaneous network infrastructure projects including distributing bid packages, coordinating bid walk
- Evaluates new products, services, and vendors
- Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Oil & Gas industry
