An excellent opportunity has arisen within our Europe wide People Team for a HR Pricing Analyst. Our successful candidate will be the bridge between Finance and HR, responsible for providing HR support in quoting & bidding process for new business in existing or new countries and support compensation initiatives. Our successful candidate will work at the intersection of analytical work and stakeholder management in a dynamic international setting. You will plan, develop, organise and evaluate the HR input for RFQ (request for Quotes) processes.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and strong Excel skills. You will need remuneration and benefits experience to be successful in this role.
Location: London Palace Street, Hybrid working
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
About the Role
How you will contribute:
- Gathering and analysing all relevant HR data, in close cooperation with local HR for RFQ's (Request for Quotations) for new and existing countries/locations within Europe
- Report in standardized Excel and PowerPoint formats
- Calculate and provide recommendations on fully loaded costs per function to be used for pricing models and risk analyses.
- Work together with Pricing, local HR and local Operations to build and maintain HR templates to be used for (future) pricing models and benchmarking labour markets for the applicable countries/locations
- Develop and improve (HR) tools to support quote/bidding process
- Maintain a working knowledge of country specific legislation/requirements that may impact C&B policies
- Liaise during the bid process with cross functional teams and drive for accuracy for reward related matters
- Set up the HR costing input structure for new countries without contract logistics capabilities.
- Independent, unbiased and self managing individual who can take a vision and explore and propose solutions across, systems, processes, policy and paper based activities
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and strong affinity to Reward and other HR areas;
- HR experience in RFQ's / Tenders within the Logistics industry will be an advantage
- Ability to analyse HR data, mainly in Excel and make effective and persuasive presentations
- Customer and service minded, with ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a structured way and independently in a fast-paced changing environment and effectively manage short deadlines
- Proven to be able to work under pressure in a demanding and international environment
- Fluent in English (both oral and written).
