We are looking for Food and Beverage Assistants to join our team.
The Opportunity:
We are now recruiting for Food & Beverage Assistants to join the team for our restaurant in the new Edinburgh Futures Institute, due to open in late spring 2024. This is a very exciting opportunity to join us pre-opening and be involved in the business from the start. Based at the heart of the Meadows, in the beautifully renovated old Royal Infirmary, the operation will consist of a 60 cover, contemporary Scottish Brasserie, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner alongside a more informal Grab & Go takeaway offer served during the day. The operation will be open 7 days per week, including evenings, so there will be a varied pattern of working. You will be responsible for delivering excellent food, exceptional service and maintaining high standards within both the café and restaurant operations. To succeed in this role, you will have experience in a similar high street, restaurant operation.
