As an Oracle HCM Solutions Architect, your primary focus will be to deliver Oracle solutions to our customers using our proven methodology and embracing the emerging technology. You will be empowered to work with colleagues in partnership with our customers throughout their project lifecycle, to transform their business and deliver quality business outcomes.
In addition to project delivery, you will have an opportunity to support presales engagements, stakeholder management, and change management.

Responsible for supporting the implement of HCM project delivery with a particular focus on design.
Support the gathering of requirements, analyze gap, design, map business process, configure and support HCM modules.
Create project documentation as per the adopted methodology.
Solution design, POC, Troubleshooting of issues.
Train Users
Should be willing to work on multiple projects at the same time. End to end ownership of Oracle Cloud HR modules (Compensation, Absences, Core HR) – Requirement Gathering, Configuring, testing, UAT and production deployment.
Support presales activities and estimating
Engage in the development of project and presales materials
Support the development of HCM team members
Bachelor’s Degree.
Willing to travel to client location if the project demands.
5 - 7 years of Oracle Implementation Experience
Must have 4 or 5 full cycle implementation projects with Oracle HCM Cloud
Oracle Cloud Knowledge - Must have knowledge in Global HCM and at least 1 other module including: Absence, Recruiting, Journeys, Talent Management, Benefits, Learn, Compensation, Time & Labor
Hands on knowledge in configurations/setups, transactions in Oracle Cloud HCM.
Knowledge of the integration touch points between different modules and be able to coordinate and collaborate effectively.
Participate in internal knowledge share and employee development programs including obtaining and maintaining Oracle Certifications.
Certification in Oracle Cloud HCM.
Knowledge of EBS HRMS modules.
