PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Responsible for preparation, handling, and supplying of materials to be used for duties assigned.

KEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
A. Load and unload equipment
B. General cleanup and clearing of debris, including sweeping, cleaning, washing, and unloading.
G. Provide work direction and guidance to Laborer I, II, Helpers and Apprentice
J. Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
K. All other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
A. Ability to work with tools and equipment, such as, power and non-powered hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills and jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders and power buggy’s

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
A. Must have completed two-year apprenticeship program
B. Experience in construction preferred
