  • A skilled team. The best patient experiences don’t happen because of one great physician or nurse or specialist. They happen when we bring together highly skilled teams who are hyper-focused on creating the best outcomes. #Excellence #Innovation
  • Respect and Trust. It’s not enough to have a bunch of smart people advocating for patients. There has to be a culture of safety, so those people can speak up—regardless of job title. #Respect #Integrity
  • A growth mindset. Our ICU nurses care for our sickest patients—everything from cardiac to neuro, transplant   and complex medical. We don’t expect you to know it all. We believe in and are proud of the quality of our nursing practice. In ICU you’ll have a built-in network to mentor and support your career. #Teamwork
