Supply Chain Returns Coordinator at Beko US

Job Descrption

Reporting to Supply Chain manager, this position is responsible for all functions related to returns processing for products. This position will be responsible for administering the return goods process, including receiving, inspecting, and documenting returned items, and coordinating with warehouses and customers for resolution. Monitoring and analyzing return goods data, this position will be responsible for identifying trends and implementing strategies to minimize returns and improve customer satisfaction. Requires tracking and reporting of returns rates by customer and origin warehouse also submitting and reporting Claim rates with 3PL warehouses and Carriers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Returns

  • Create and approve return authorizations through SAP within acceptable criteria.
  • Assure returns and credits are processed in a timely manner.
  • Track and report return and damage rate.
  • File and track claims with Carriers and warehouses
  • Work on Process improvement to minimize exposure to loss.
  • Produce inbound documents for shipments.
  • Maintains an understanding of SAP ERP system and the ability to extract and report data into Microsoft Excel
  • Monitors and ensures product and packaging performance.
  • Analyze return trends and provide insights to improve product quality

Warehouse

  • Verify and check in Returned products to our facilities.
  • Monthly inventory reconciliation reports.
  • Work with warehouse manager on removal of Scraped product
  • Actively seeks improvements, solves problems.
  • Coordinates with other departments to seek improvements and streamline workflow. 

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • 2 to 5 years of returns processing experience in transportation
  • Prior experience in logistics, freight procurement, warehousing.
  • Must have excellent communication.
  • Must have knowledge of SAP ERP or Similar System.
  • Other relationship/ interpersonal: Must be able to gain the trust of suppliers, customers, and co-workers.  Must communicate openly and directly.
  • Establishes and maintains strong values and adherence to company policy.
  • Must stay relevant to technology and should have the flexibility to adapt to the growing technology and market demands.
  • Qualified applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident card holder.  Sponsorship is not available for this role.
