Select Physical Therapy is seeking an outpatient Occupational Therapist (Lymphedema, Oncology, Ortho) in Murfreesboro & Smyrna, TN
Our Murfreesboro and Smyrna physical therapy centers are seeking a compassionate and driven licensed Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional patient care experiences on a full time (32 hrs) basis. These centers are looking to expand lymphedema and oncology services as part of their growing ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program. Lymphedema and cancer rehab interest required, experience strongly preferred. Caseload will also involve orthopedics as needed to fulfill full time hours. Potential to progress to 40 hr full time status as caseload expands.

Schedule: 32 hrs/week, center hours 8 am - 5 pm.
Compensation: Salary starting at $56,000/year (for 32 hr work week) commensurate with experience and internal equity.

Responsibilities
- Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws which govern how occupational therapists may practice and whom occupational therapists may supervise.
- Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
- Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom occupational therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times.
- Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Occupational Therapy
- Current Physical Therapy State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cancer rehabiliation interest/experience
- Lymphedema certification
- Adult outpatient experience
