NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist (Ortho/Oncology) in Roseville, MN
NovaCare Roseville is seeking a compassionate physical therapist to deliver exceptional patient care services on a full time basis. Our Roseville center has 6 clinicians including 4 PT’s, 1 PTA, and 1 OT. We provide a variety of services including general orthopedics, sports, vestibular and concussion, TMJ, dry needling, cancer rehab, hand therapy, craniosacral therapy and men’s health. We are located in same building as a family practice clinic along with a spine specialist group. The center has been newly renovated to include numerous closed rooms along with spacious open gym with lots of natural light. Space is well equipped with cardio and weight machines, Pilates Reformer, BFR cuffs, and modalities to allow you to provide a well-rounded program to your patients. This clinic would be a great fit for either a new grad, with ample mentorship opportunities, or a more experienced therapist! Caseload will be a mix of general population and oncology, so interest in cancer rehabilitation is required.

Our ReVital team provides the necessary education and training for therapists invested in treating our diverse population, which must be completed within the first 6-12 months of employment. Compensation: Salary starting at $70,000/year commensurate with experience and internal equity.

Responsibilities
- Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws which govern how physical therapists may practice and whom physical therapists may supervise.
- Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
- Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times.
- Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
- Current State Physical Therapy licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required
- Ability to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
Preferred Qualifications:
- Interest/experience in cancer rehabilitation
