Responsibilities
We are looking for an energetic and detail oriented therapy scheduler that want to be part of our inpatient rehabilitation team. The therapy coordinator performs various administrative duties to support the daily operations of the rehabilitation Services department. The position requires initiative, problem solving abilities and strong interpersonal skills. Coordinates patient scheduling, assists with staffing, audits and related activities. Promotes enhanced operations through strong communication and computer skills. Positive attitude, flexibility, good communication and willingness to learn and work within the culture of a team are a must.Our hospital is located in Lakeway Texas in the scenic hill country on the southern shores of Lake Travis.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent required.
- 3 years Administrative Assistant experience or similar role required. Previous hospital experience with knowledge of therapy and rehab in general preferred.
- Proficient skills with computers, software and office equipment required.
