As a Technical Service Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to our customers and internal teams. Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, conducting simple system upgrades on our machines and modifications, and providing remote assistance and guidance to customers.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in working in a office within water and wastewater treatment systems or process engineering, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Proficiency in technical support ERP style systems is preferred. Additionally, a customer-focused mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with clients are crucial for success in this role.
