Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Developer
Job Location: Orlando, FL
Job Type: Onsite
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML model development and training.
- Proficiency in Python, with experience in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art generative AI models such as GPT-3, DALL-E, and CLIP.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, or AWS.
- Strong understanding of deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD is a plus.
- Develop and implement generative AI models, including LLMs, text-to-image, and other generative AI models.
- Train and evaluate models using large datasets, troubleshooting and debugging to ensure high-quality results.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of generative AI and apply new knowledge to projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Lead all data experiments, conduct advanced data analysis, and design algorithmic models.
- Design, develop, and deploy innovative AI models and systems using advanced techniques in machine learning and NLP.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop AI-driven solutions.
- Troubleshoot system-related issues, optimize performance, and oversee AI application lifecycle.
- Mentor junior AI engineers and oversee their work to ensure quality and consistency.
- Develop solutions leveraging Azure services and OpenAI technologies to address complex business problems.
- Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, including data acquisition, preprocessing, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies and incorporate them into solutions.
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience with Kore.AI, Prompt Engineering, Langchain, and Haystack frameworks.
- Knowledge of Azure Cognitive Services and OpenAI technologies.
- Azure Solutions Architect certification.
- Development background in .Net, Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Oracle database.
- Experience with chatbot frameworks and platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Eagerness to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
