Job Title: Chatbot Developer
Job Location: Dallas, TX
Job Type: Onsite
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, Java, or similar.
- Experience in web frameworks and RESTful API development.
- 2+ years of experience in conversational AI system development or 2 real customer projects.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with chatbot frameworks and platforms.
- Experience with chatbot analytics tools and reporting.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to engage with multiple internal teams.
- Develop robust and scalable chatbot solutions, incorporating conversational design principles for engaging user experiences.
- Architect and implement chatbot solutions using platforms such as Kore.ai, IBM Watson, Google Dialogue flow, Amazon Lex, or Microsoft Azure bot.
- Implement conversation flows, intents, entities, and dialogs to optimize chatbot interactions.
- Integrate chatbots with external systems, APIs, and databases, ensuring proper functionality and data connectivity.
- Test and debug chatbots to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Monitor chatbot performance, analyze user feedback, and make improvements based on analytics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and strategize chatbot development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in conversational AI.
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience with Kore.ai certification or training.
- Experience with AI technologies and cloud technologies.
