Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with software development and operating systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with Machine Learning, Augmented Reality, or Hardware/Software.
- Experience delivering software projects.
- Ability to provide technical knowledge and influence team members in solving software engineering challenges (e.g., bug triage, source control, continuous integration, etc.).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead cross-company collaborations and manage, plan, and prioritize deliverables.
- Ensure alignment on goals, priorities, roadmaps, schedules, and communicate status and health to all stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve gaps in current processes/tools needed to ensure a successful delivery of releases.
- Identify tools (e.g., processes, techniques, automation) that lead or contribute to operational scalability for the internal team.
- Lead triage with Tech Leads of incoming challenges for specific areas.
