Minimum qualifications:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with focus on audio signal processing, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience developing Digital Signal Processing algorithms, including voice processing (e.g., noise suppression, spectral analysis).
- Experience in one or more of the following: LLM, NLP, ASR, TTS, ML/AI using C, C++, Python.
- Experience with MATLAB and Simulink.
Preferred qualifications:
- PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience developing Digital Signal Processing algorithms, including voice processing (e.g., noise suppression, spectral analysis).
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role, setting direction and driving business impact.
- Experience designing and implementing real-time Machine Learning (ML) based voice processing algorithms for embedded systems or mobile platforms.
- Experience optimizing algorithms for performance and low latency.
- Experience in generative AI and speech research, including first-author publications at AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, InterSpeech, etc.).

Responsibilities
- Innovate in speech, language, and conversational AI through fundamental and applied research.
- Design and develop speech algorithms and systems using Digital Signal Processing (DSP), deep learning and big data.
- Execute experiments and design implementation, analysis, and communication of results.
