Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in Trust and Safety, content policy, law enforcement, or a related field.
- Experience working in programs related to child safety.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience reviewing sensitive content as part of removal flows, calibrations, and escalations management.
- Experience with Google products and infrastructure.
- Experience in operations management, internal and external relationship building, and working across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$158,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, important organizational implications, and changing circumstances.
- Analyze, prioritize, and action external intelligence and internally to identify new forms of abuse, increase volume and accuracy of content detected and actioned, reduce manual reviews, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Implement the child safety enforcement strategy based on domain knowledge related to child safety, conduct accurate child safety reviews, and own decisions on grey area cases.
- Identify problems and create knowledge programs and processes to solve, and design and implement innovative, best practice, scalable enforcement processes.
- Review sensitive or violative content.
