- 6 years of experience working in a technical environment, or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 3 years of experience in technical leadership.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Lead optical-display module system design and DFM reviews of display systems integration, such as high precision alignment approaches, product interface features for integration process, and critical product interface that drives integration performance.
- Drive discussions on system assembly process down-selection, prototyping, equipment, and tooling needs for high precision assembly meeting mechanical, optical, and reliability requirements.
- Support process validation studies and proof-of-concept display system builds, and lead tolerance analysis.
- Work with external partners to support technology deployment and product development.
