Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience in a systems design/development, hardware product design/development, or manufacturing environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or MBA in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations Research.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience leading cross-functional process improvements.
- Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels.
- Ability to identify and implement processes, manage large, complex, strategic, and operational initiatives, shift between detailed analysis and big picture thinking, and customize communications based on the audience.
- Excellent business acumen, investigative, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Lead the development and execution of comprehensive quality transformation strategies for large-scale initiatives, including cost reduction, deployment velocity, and first pass yields.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and project teams to integrate machine quality improvement activities into program roadmaps.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness and business impact of strategic initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Lead change management and advocate for its integration into quality transformation.
