Minimum qualifications:
- 15 years of experience managing system infrastructure design and delivery.
- 10 years of experience in managing individuals, managers, and teams, as well as coaching, and developing a team.
- 5 years of experience on scaled and high-touch support, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and leveraging core capabilities.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in business architecture, systems design, systems integration, data architecture, and solutions delivery.
- Ability to use data to drive strategy and business action, represent technical concepts to audiences and leadership, and influence/lead cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to motivate engineering teams to work together, build industry leading developer infrastructure, drive adoption, and deliver impact.
- Ability to solve ambiguous problems and scale across an organization and distributed team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $261,000-$374,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
