10 years of experience in an applied research setting, or similar.
5 years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or related field.
10 years of experience conducting UX research on products and working with executive leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
7 years of experience managing projects, and working in a large, matrixed organization.

As the Senior UX Research Manager you will lead our UX researchers focused on designing multimodality across our generative AI experiences. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to guide products from conception to launch, with a focus on creating the best possible experience for our users.
A conversational AI tool that enables users to collaborate with generative AI and help augment their imagination, expand their curiosity, and enhance their productivity.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $214,000-$305,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
