Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program management.
- Experience solving problems using data-driven insights.
- Experience with product management, agile methodology, or data center infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
- 7 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience developing business strategy translated into execution roadmaps.
- Understanding of the complex relationship between an organization and its environment, and ability to identify connections, adopt different perspectives, and quickly respond to changing circumstances in a strategic way.
- Demonstrates comfort with changing specifications or standards, and creates the conditions in which teams feel comfortable and capable of working through ambiguity.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $214,000-$305,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Drive the strategy and execution of complex systems roadmaps, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines with agility and resilience.
- Lead and inspire with an end-to-end ownership mindset, driving alignment amongst engineering and partner organizations spanning technical infrastructure.
- Partner closely with customers, and build relationships with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and trust for effective decision-making.
- Be a masterful communicator, adept at crafting clear and concise updates for diverse stakeholders from engineers and researchers to product managers and executives.
- Manage a team of T/PgMs to develop their careers and ensure their well being.
