Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management, co-founder or related technical role.
- 5 years of experience specifically driving consumer growth for scaled products.
- 3 years of experience building and shipping technical products.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience scaling products for international markets.
- 3 years of people management experience with direct reports.
- Experience driving product direction, Go-to-Market strategy, and design discussions and experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.
- Product experience from conceptualizing a product, aligning executive stakeholders, bringing the product to market, and finding product market fit.
- Understanding consumer user needs, segmentation analysis, and identifying untapped user needs in core and international markets.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority with an analytical and growth background and knowledge and familiarity with India market.
