Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- 2 years of experience with technical teams responsible for project management, engineering, and construction of data centers.
- Experience with either electrical, mechanical, controls, security monitoring, fire safety, networking/fiber, server equipment, systems, or infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience executing projects and pre-construction services for those projects.
- Experience with data center equipment/environments, including switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems, and fire safety systems.
- Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling, and achieving objectives on schedule and budget.
- Experience managing vendor relationships, and understanding of standard practices in the design/construction industry.
- Knowledge of fast-track design builds processes/associated documents and agreements, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of start up/commissioning processes.

As a Program Manager, you will provide management of large-scale data centers, computer farms, networking, AC and DC power distribution/conversion, and cooling methods at multiple scales. You will be tasked with coordinating the desires and needs of multiple partner teams, while managing changes and maintaining a focus on keeping the project on schedule and budget.Behind everything our users see online is the architecture built by the Technical Infrastructure team to keep it running. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage Data Center construction through the project lifecycle.
- Be responsible for safety, quality, schedule, and budget of the individual builds happening at greenfield campuses.
- Support special research and development experiments, renovations, and upgrades of existing facility.
- Be responsible for gathering internal requirements and delivering solutions that satisfy customer needs.
- Maintain responsibility from construction to deployment.
