Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience building/shipping technical products.
- 8 years of experience in product management, defining and developing X86 or ARM processors.
- Experience with processor architectures, and taking processors from concept to production.
- Experience in processor firmware development and production.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading and driving directions for open source/standard technology and cloud forums.
- Experience in data center compute product management (e.g. hardware and software), distributed systems, technology deployment, and computer science.
- Experience leading key strategic decisions that change and/or influence the direction of the company.
- Experience managing global teams.
- Experience with cloud/enterprise-based compute products and services, with an understanding of modern data center architecture and trends.
- Knowledge of CapEx/OpEx models.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Craft a compelling Compute Servers product direction and long-term roadmap that aligns with market opportunities and company goals. Lead the development of business cases for new product initiatives.
- Understand customer pain points, use cases, and the landscape. Conduct market research and analysis, and collaborate with Engineering teams to gather actionable insights.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements definition to launch, iteration, and end-of-life.
- Partner closely with Google product areas, engineering, and support to define product requirements, create compelling go-to-market strategies, and ensure successful product launches.
- Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Analyze data to identify optimization opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
