Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in data analytics, cybersecurity, technology research, anti-abuse, policy or related fields.
- Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or experience in a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment with a focus on knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$158,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Utilize policy knowledge and product expertise to implement and execute enforcement strategies.
- Demonstrate core process knowledge to improve workflows and operational work streams.
- Lead projects to resolve complicated abuse and mitigation problems, and build trusted user experiences, with iterative improvements to systems and processes.
- Develop and pursue solutions to problems and evolve operations to help us achieve critical business goals.
- Review sensitive or graphic content as part of the core role.
