Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 1 year with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
- Experience in GAAP accounting principles related to Investments (ASC320) and Fair Value (ASC820)
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, or other scripting languages)
Preferred qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA); MBA or MSA.
- Experience of GAAP accounting principles related to Consolidations (ASC810), Credit Losses (ASC326) and Foreign Currency Matters (ASC830), as well as alternative investments
- Proficient with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, or other scripting languages)
- Ability to have strong attention to detail, organizational skills and focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to have a collaborative style and work with cross-functional and international teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $99,000-$145,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Participate in monthly and quarterly close related activities including debt security investments (AFS), Fair Value, CECL, FX remeasurement and translation, equity security, equity method, and structured investments. This includes the associated internal management and external (10Q/K) financial reporting processes.
- Participate in strategic investment initiatives, including technical accounting research and analysis, drafting adoption memo and documenting accounting conclusions, while solutioning operational accounting and reporting considerations to ensure treasury controllership objectives are met.
- Support compliance of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) program and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, particularly for manual controls, systems controls, and information produced by entity (IPE) for the treasury accounting team.
- Lead in special projects and initiatives, planning and execution from time to time focusing on treasury related activities.
