• Work with recruiting and business leaders to develop offers.
• Foster strong cross-functional partnership with Meta recruiting teams.
• Apply expertise in quantitative analysis and quality assurance for measurement and tracking of key compensation and recruiting-related metrics to help inform, influence, support, and execute business decisions.
• Develop compensation communication materials and trainings for recruiters and candidates.
• Participate in the research for ongoing development and administration of new hire compensation programs that match Meta’s needs.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported.
• Obtain a thorough understanding of data sources and collection methods.
• Analyze trends in new hire compensation and build intelligence through reporting.
• Work with large amounts of data and build tools to streamline the offer process.

Minimum Qualifications

• Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Human Resources, Business or related field and 12 months of work experience in job offered or in an analytics-related occupation.
• Experience must include 12 months of experience in the following:
• 1. Consulting, finance, compensation, or recruiting
• 2. Excel or Google Sheets, including experience building analyses and use of advanced formulas
• 3. Project management
• 4. Researching current and future compensation packages and assessing for market competitiveness
• 5. Analyzing and auditing competitor offer data
• 6. Modelling data for consumption by leaders
