Meta is seeking an experienced payroll operations professional who is results-oriented, has a successful record of delivering high-quality and timely results, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment. The successful candidate will have comprehensive knowledge and expertise with payroll systems, as well as domestic multi-state payroll experience.Payroll Operations Analyst Responsibilities
Integrations (data/file loading): process all data loader files as required for the bi-weekly payrolls. The scope of duties to include load, and audit payroll files, such as RSU, relocation, one-time payments, etc.
Process bi-weekly payroll cycle for US and Canada: responsible for the end-to-end payroll process to include, but not limited to receive, load, audit all external & internal vendor files
receive, load, audit internal files
import time files, complete, settle and close payroll
Run and distribute bi-weekly and on demand reports. Reports to include: Workday standard reports, bi-weekly payroll, and YE/QE reports.
Support system testing, including providing documentation, feedback and offers solutions to documented issues that may arise.
Provide customer support to internal partners, such as HR, Accounting, and IT, as well as external vendors
Work on special projects as needed
Support Workday system and reporting role
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of payroll and multi-state experience
Bachelor’s degree
Moderate to Advance software skill and experience, specifically with Excel
Beginning to Moderate skill and experience, with Access, and Power Point
Advanced knowledge of payroll applications and time & attendance systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment, as well as to get results through collaboration and coordination with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
Experience remaining organized and multi-task
Attention to detail is a must
FPC/CPP certification a plus
Moderate to Advance In-house payroll experience, Workday preferred
