• Explore strategic cost management issues and practices for cooling and power owner furnished contractor installed Data Center equipment, Facility Operations Services, and Facility
  Operations Spare Parts.
• Expected to develop a model for world class cost management for Meta's Infrastructure Data Center supply chain.
• Identify actionable insights and provide
  summary of trends and observations through cost data interpretation and research.
• Work with Sourcing Managers and suppliers to pull together datasets to facilitate cost analysis and
  partner with Sourcing Managers to “dig deeper” into output and identify areas of further analysis.
• Build benchmarking data related to cost – historic, should-cost, competitive and market –
  and understand supplier costs, impact of design changes and cost/value drivers for the equipment and services involved.
• Leverage cost management techniques – target costing,
  equipment lifecycle TCO, benchmarking, should-cost, supplier cost breakdown, cost driver analysis, competitive bidding and NPV analysis – to support Sourcing Managers to help validate
  cost savings as well as realize cost savings.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field and two years of work experience in the job offered or in a data analytic related occupation. Requires two years of experience in the following:
• 1. Data Analytics
• 2. SQL or MySQL
• 3. Tableau or SAS
• 4. Dashboard Reporting tools: MS Excel
• 5. Historical spend & Should-Cost modeling
• 6. Making recommendations to business partners through analyses, reporting, and metrics development
• 7. Developing root cause analysis
• 8. Spend management.
