Meta is seeking a Facility Operations Process Lead to join our Data Center Facility Operations team. Our data centers serve as the foundation upon which our suite of products operates to meet the demands of our customers. The Facility Operations Process Lead will work with the larger Infrastructure Data Centers team to facilitate operating and maintaining the data center through document control and
process creation.Facility Operations Process Lead Responsibilities

• Administer third party software to set up document workflows in support of critical operations
• Coordinate the development, review and approval of all operating procedures
• Manage the document turnover process to ensure all construction documents are properly transferred to operations teams
• Manage corrective actions at a campus level by ensuring timely tasking and closeout
• Manage document control and change management processes at the campus
• Audit procedures and processes for compliance to operations standards and adherence to quality
• Act as project manager for local process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with centralized support teams to bring global initiatives to the local site
• Main administrator of local training and qualification programs with site teams

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years experience working in an operations environment
• Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Method of Procedures (MOP’s)
• Experience in process and change management
• Demonstrated partnership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a critical operations environment
• Lean Six Sigma certification
• Experience working with enterprise asset management and maintenance management software
