Develop innovative graphics frameworks, algorithms, and tools to maximize graphics quality and performance
Partner closely with various infra and product teams across Meta, on camera, graphics, upcoming hardware, media enhancements, machine learning and more to create real-time or offline processing architectures
Building tools and pipelines for simulating algorithms results
Enable high fidelity experiences through remote compute solutions on smaller devices with limited battery
Document and support graphics features
Write high-quality, performant, and maintainable code
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver innovation into AR products
Delivering across a spectrum of levels in the software stack from the low level through the API and system components above
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
6+ years of graphics software engineering experience or 3+ years of graphics software engineering experience with PhD
6+ years of experience with C/C++ programming
Problem-solving and communication skills
6+ years of object-oriented and component-based design experience
Experience with low level performance profiling and optimization
Experience with either DirectX/Vulkan/OpenGL/Metal

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
