Operations Program Manager – BizOps at Meta

Job Descrption
- Drive excellence within an IDC organization through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and
approaches to the business. - Drive excellence by partnering with Stakeholders across IDC to identify and deliver strategies for organizational alignment, knowledge management, and/or
information management. - Deliver BOPM branded services to IDC organization.
- Utilize project management and communication skills to define scope requirements, analyze data, and
develop strategic recommendations for program and operational execution. - Develop and report metrics to measure the team’s quality and productivity and provide meaningful feedback to
deliver positive business and internal partnership outcomes. - Continually refine the best practices for cross-functional program management consistent with Meta, Infra, and Infra Data
Center’s environment. - Act as business liaison between other IDC teams.
- Effectively influence stakeholders and partners, prioritizing the delivery of multiple projects to different
stakeholders under tight deadlines. - Be a trusted advisor to IDC leadership to provide organizational alignment, business planning and strategic operations support.
- Drive progress with minimal oversight or escalation across a global team.
- Facilitate and manage the internal team and leadership meetings.
- Help build relationships, gain consensus, remove
tension/roadblocks while focusing on solutions. - Become an expert in Meta’s site operations infrastructure, tools, systems, and data.
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Operations, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate workexperience in the job offered or in a business-related occupation.Requires five years of experience in the following:
- 1. Quantitative field in a consulting, strategic planning, business operations, or business analytics role
- 2. Program management with a demonstrated track record of leadership in execution of large-scale programs
- 3. Quickly adapting, learning new skill sets and technologies, and creating a solid understanding of operational challenges
- 4. Influencing strategy and effective communication with leadership
- 5. Analyzing and interpreting data, drawing conclusions, defining recommended actions, and reporting results across stakeholders
- 6. Dealing with ambiguity, operating in a high-growth environment, and solving problems with limited oversight
- 7. Proven background and interest in process improvement and gap analysis and
- 8. Establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.
Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
