• Responsible for creation of the supply plan, ensuring business goals are achieved.
• Drive timely and accurate supply communications.
• Partner with the IDC team to determine and execute an optimal fulfillment of the supply plan.
• Partner with the Category Sourcing team to define business splits and to ensure product catalogs are accurate.
• Recommend how to improve supply planning systems and processes to achieve greater efficiency and scale.
• Assist with implementation and adoption of new capabilities in supply chain.
• Work to improve data systems and develop new reporting tools and metrics to improve supply visibility and accuracy.
• Support supplier flexibility strategies.
• Ensure supply plan is in alignment with forecasted spend.
• Ensure Purchase Order accuracy and on time delivery: measure, report and action to improve delivery performance.
• Provide supplier operational performance inputs for supplier business reviews.
• Identify and mitigate supplier risks through PO Management, Lead Time analysis, and supplier management.
• Publish build plan to suppliers, monitor lead times and track production schedules against plan, proactively managing all deviations and mitigating risks to meeting the supply commitment.
• Proactively identify supply risks and drive manufacturing and operations improvement through vendor capability assessments and streamlining supplier processes to mitigate disruption.
• Monitor geopolitical market conditions, technology roadmaps and identify supply/demand challenges and opportunities.
• 5% international and 15% domestic travel required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
  Requires completion of graduate-level coursework, research, work/study, practical training or internship involving the following:
• 1. Supply chain planning
• 2. Demand forecasting
• 3. Consumption rates
• 4. Sourcing and planning material
• 5. Collaborating with internal stakeholder
• 6. Supplier performance
• 7. ERP systems
• 8. Risk mitigation for suppliers, production, on time delivery of products, and product expiration
• 9. Analyzing and utilizing data for strategic planning to enable and ensure a resilient supply chain.
