• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products to support Privacy program audit and oversight.
• Develop an agile product roadmap to maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment.
• Establish shared vision across the teams by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.
• Understand Meta’s strategic direction and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry.
• Drive product development working with the product manager and a team of engineers and designers.
• Anticipate bottleneck and remove roadblocks impacting timelines and resource.
• Test, communicate, and enable operational readiness for a successful rollout.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
• Facilitate creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Computer Science, or related field and two years of experience in the job offered or in an information systems-related occupation. Requires two years of experience in the following:
• Program management, strategy, management consulting, communications, operations privacy policies, or regulations
• Privacy or technology law
• Managing projects
• Organizing, coordinating, multi-tasking, and process-improvements on a project
• Privacy or security risk evaluation of new products or features
• Working within a product environment and partnering with product managers and engineering functions
• Managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
