Business Operations Manager, Revenue Ecosystems at Meta

Job Descrption
- Drive elements of company-wide revenue forecast cycles: long-range (LPR), annual budget, and quarterly forecasts.
- Maintain and create core reporting and analytics infrastructure and models while proactively surfacing opportunities.
- Develop a deep quantitative and qualitative understanding of the Facebook’s ads business model.
- Demonstrate the ability to create and socialize narratives and influence outcomes and decisions.
- Improve processes and coordinate deliverables across many business operations teams within the Finance department.
- Create business partnerships with leader of all levels and functions across product and data science teams.
- Generate custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action.
- Analyze competitive market strategies through analysis of related product, market, or share trends.
- Maintain or update business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards, systems, or methods.
- Identify or monitor current and potential customers, using business intelligence tools.
- Identify and analyze industry trends with business strategy implications.
- Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field and three years of work experience in the job offered or in a business-related occupation. Requires three years of experience in the following:
- Data visualization tools, such as Tableau
- Development in at least one of the following scripting languages: SQL, SAS, R, or Python
- Investment banking, finance or strategy consulting
- Examining large datasets and distilling complex information down to an easy to follow narrative for senior leadership and cross-functional partners
- Communicating findings and presenting recommendations to cross-functional partners and senior leadership
- Leveraging data to solve ambiguous problems, individually and in group settings
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional partners in fast-paced environment
Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
