• Drive operational excellence based on the continuous review of current business operations and supply chain processes.
• Identify opportunity areas that create efficiencies and remove obstacles.
• Lead large-scale infrastructural projects, designing and implementing enhancements to the Operational Architecture, in partnership with strategy, business, and engineering partners.
• Develop an organizational vision for the future supply chain planning of the company.
• Own business-critical workflows, while participating in shaping supply and demand planning strategies to improve integration and performance.
• Communicate with stakeholders across the Small and Medium Business Sales Group to execute on projects and establish effective feedback loops.
• Synthesize project work for leadership consumption to make effective, analytically driven decisions regarding the global operating model.
• Drive standardization and operational alignment across workflows and regions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Foreign equivalent accepted. Requires 24 months of experience in the following:
• Business Operations, Analytics or Planning process such as Strategy or Operations
• Operational Workflow Management
• Performance management and productivity improvement
• Productivity KPI
• Managing global and multiple projects simultaneously
• Operational architecture design
• Collaborating with stakeholder management, including managing multiple partners simultaneously
• Collaborating with technical partners
• Translating business and supply chain needs into technical requirements and
• Presenting technical content to general audiences
