This role will execute best practices, achieve efficiencies, and utilize the systems to support the Company's strategic goals, financial plan, and key performance indicators. You must demonstrate solid judgment, critical thinking, and risk management that drive results and ROI at an accelerated pace. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, strategic thinker, great communicator, and enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents in a dynamic fast-paced environment. This position reports to the Head of Global Revenue Operations.
Responsibilities:
Optimize the tech stack and ensure the tools and systems meet the current and future needs of the organization.
Improve system process discipline by defining and driving implementation of key processes, fostering continuous improvement.
Maintain an understanding of privacy and data laws and regulations that affect the regions we sell in.
Optimize the capture and tracking of all activity performance across the entire customer experience identifying areas for improvement.
Partner with Sales, Marketing & Customer Success leadership and their teams, to ensure all account, contact and other territory coverage information is accurate and up-to-date.
Assists the business in understanding how spend and outcomes accurately drive impact and return on investment via accurate reporting & forecasting.
Work with appropriate teams to track initiatives and resourcing needs. Work with other internal stakeholders to improve insights from data collection & extraction from the systems.
Provide business representation for risk, compliance, legal and work closely with sales team, marketing team and other departments to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
Exhibit a professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency to achieve outcomes and exceed expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a business, finance or data focus and/or related job experience. Masters degree preferred.
Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills; credibility with peers and executive-level interactions
Experience in a complex environment with multiple sources of customer data. Integrated complicated systems to empower sales, marketing and customer success with useful information.
Tackled high priority strategic and operational initiatives
Supported execution of projects and programs by creating visibility (project plans), progress (trackers/status-updates), and recommendations on best path forward
Salesforce experience
Saas experience
PMP certified is a plus
