Accountant – (Accounts Receivable Only)-FMCG Exp Required at athGADLANG

Job Descrption
Location: Dubai
Duration: 6 months’ contract extendable
• ** We are looking for the candidates who are locally available in Dubai
Job Description:
• Responsible for Accounts receivable and ensuring accurate monthly re-conciliation.
• Hands-on knowledge of IFRS
• Understanding of revenue recognition and POC method.
• Responsible for posting JVs, and preparation of accounting entries for book closure.
• Management of month end close. Ensuring that month - end close is completed within the agreed timelines and that proper controls, processes, and review processes are in place to ensure that data is complete and accurate.
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years in Accounts Receivables/Revenue recognition or similar experience as an Accounts /Finance.
• Experience of real estate preferred. 1-2 years in Big 4 auditing firms experience is preferred.
Qualification:
• Qualified CA or ACCA is a must.
• Functional Knowledge preferred in Oracle and Yardi System/equivalent accounting system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS excel) and highly competent data entry skills
• (in both speed and accuracy).
• Functional understanding of current accounting software.
• Attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
