We are a dynamic general trading company based in JLT Dubai and are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to contribute to our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT & Corporate Tax regulations and other relevant financial laws.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for periodic audits.
• Implement and maintain effective financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Support the finance team with special projects as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, work experience in Dubai is a mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of accounting... principles, VAT regulations, corporate tax and UAE financial laws.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Odoo is a plus).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the trading industry is preferred
