About the Role:
As an HR Systems & Processes Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing their HRMS, ensuring seamless system integration, and supporting HR operations with data-driven insights. Reporting to the Director of Human Capital, this role combines technical expertise, strategic process optimization, and digital transformation.
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR systems, digital transformation, or similar roles.
• Strong expertise in HRMS administration and performance management systems (OKRs preferred).
• Proficiency in HR analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for improving HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• HRMS Administration: Oversee system configurations, user roles, permissions, and workflow automation.
• Process Optimization: Streamline HR processes like recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and leave management through system automation.
• Performance Management: Administer OKR-based performance systems and support leadership with data insights.
• Analytics & Reporting: Create HR dashboards and generate reports on employee trends, engagement, and talent forecasting.
• Employee Self-Service: Enhance user experience with self-service portals and manage HR helpdesk systems.
• Training & Change Management: Educate HR teams and employees on HRMS best practices and lead system upgrades.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with HRMS vendors to implement new features and ensure smooth functionality.
Salary Range: AED 14,000 to AED 16,000
