Accountant - Internal Accounting & Financial Reporting
We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team!
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the internal accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing valuable financial insights to support our business decisions.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the internal accounting team.
• Maintain accurate and complete financial records in accordance with UAE IFRS.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage and reconcile bank accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors during the audit process.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting standards and regulations in the UAE.
• Generate insightful reports and analyze... financial data to support management decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (CPA certification a plus).
Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an accountant in the UAE.
Proven experience in managing and leading an accounting team.
Strong understanding of financial reporting principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Tally and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
