Description
The role will be reporting to the Head of International Real Estate Investments and will be responsible for the following:
• Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Evaluating and underwriting potential real estate investments, including financial modelling and risk assessment.
• Negotiating and structuring deals
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop investment strategies and objectives
• Monitoring and managing existing real estate assets to optimize performance and returns

Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) would be advantageous.
• 4-11 years of experience of US real estate investment analysis and transactions
• Knowledge of both USA real estate markets is highly desirable
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of successfully closing real estate investment deals.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
