Job Description
• Lead and implement strategic transformation projects within the Accounting & Finance Department.
• Inspire and motivate team members towards achieving project goals.
• Drive change within the department, ensuring consistent improvement and growth.
• Manage the department budget efficiently and effectively.
• Collaborate with other department heads to align strategies and goals.
• Ensure all department activities comply with organisational policies and regulations.
• Report on department performance and progress to the executive team.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of... Transformation should have:
• A strong educational background in Accounting & Finance or related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a Not For Profit organisation (desirable, not essential).
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Experience in leading and implementing transformation projects.
• A strong understanding of budget management and financial reporting.

• An estimated salary range of £63,000 - £72,000 GBP per year.
