Job Descrption
We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Nurse to join our team. The Veterinary Nurse will assist veterinary staff in providing care and treatment to animals. Responsibilities include monitoring and caring for animals post-surgery, administering medication, assisting with diagnostic tests, and maintaining medical records. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and compassion for all creatures. Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to animals under the supervision of veterinarians
Administer medication and treatments as prescribed
Assist in performing diagnostic tests and procedures Assist veterinarians in examinations, surgeries, and other medical procedures. Administer medications and treatments as directed by veterinarians. Perform laboratory tests and analyze samples. Handle animals with care, ensuring their safety and comfort. Monitor animal vital signs and provide post-operative care. Educate pet owners on proper nutrition, medication, and preventive care. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure patient confidentiality.

Candidate Requirements:
Associate degree in Veterinary Technology
Certification as a Veterinary Nurse
Prior experience working with animals in a veterinary setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
