Ensure timely delivery of documents and packages, demonstrating punctuality and reliability in all transportation tasks.Assist with office maintenance, including keeping common areas tidy and organized to promote a productive workplace.Manage inventory of office supplies, proactively restocking items to prevent disruptions in daily operations.Perform basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as needed to support office staff.Act as a point of contact for vendors and clients, ensuring professional communication and fostering positive relationships.Support staff in arranging meetings by preparing refreshments and setting up meeting rooms for optimal functionality.Maintain the company vehicle in good condition, ensuring regular servicing and cleanliness for safe and efficient transport.Collect and distribute mail, packages, and important documents to ensure effective communication within the organization.Assist in organizing company events or outings, contributing to team building and employee morale.Adapt to various ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to support the team. High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a basic level of education.1-2 years of experience in a similar role, showcasing practical knowledge and skills.Valid motorcycle driving license, ensuring compliance with local regulations for safe vehicle operation.Familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations, enhancing efficiency in navigation and delivery.Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for handling administrative tasks.Strong organizational skills, allowing for effective multitasking and prioritization of responsibilities.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability in diverse work environments.Self-motivated and proactive, with a positive attitude toward tackling challenges and completing tasks.Physical stamina and fitness to handle lifting and moving office supplies or packages as needed.
