Job Description:
Smart Link Trading LLC is seeking a dedicated and organized Admin cum Secretary to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and possess strong administrative and communication skills. In this role, you will handle day-to-day office operations, assist with basic accounting tasks, and ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed
• Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication professionally
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Prepare and manage reports, correspondence, and other documents
• Maintain filing systems and ensure proper document management
• Assist in day-to-day office tasks, including handling inquiries and visitor management
• Perform secretarial duties such as drafting memos, minutes, and reports
• Handle petty cash management and... ensure accurate records are maintained
• Prepare quotes and proposals for clients
• Assist the accounts team with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice management, and follow-ups on payments
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and external parties on behalf of the company
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an admin or secretarial role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Experience with petty cash handling and assisting in financial tasks
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Female candidates preferred
