Position: Foreman and Carpenter
Location: [Dubai- Investment Park1 - Building 21 - Warehouse 8A & 8B - Dubai]
Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Foreman:
• Oversee and manage on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Lead a team of carpenters and subcontractors, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain safety and compliance.
• Carpenter:
• Construct and assemble exhibition displays, booths, and other structures based on design specifications.
• Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements.
• Ensure all work is completed to high standards of... craftsmanship and safety.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a foreman or carpenter in the exhibition or construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
